Social Services Act and the Regulations for its Implementation of the Personal Assistance Mechanism

In the period 18-19 May 2023, a workshop on the: "Methodological Guidelines for Convergence of Practice and Coordination of Work in the Implementation of the Social Services Act and the Regulations for its Implementation of the Personal Assistance Mechanism" was held, in which 20 employees from the "Individual assessment of people with disabilities and social services" Department to the territorial divisions of the SAA participated.

The rules and procedures for providing monthly assistance for a child with permanent disabilities in accordance with the current legislation. They exchanged experience and good practices related to the work of experts in the implementation of the legal regulations on the provision of monthly allowance for raising a child. Finally, yet important as all the above, they discussed the coordination and interaction between the responsible institutions in connection with the implementation of the "personal assistance" mechanism.
