SEMINAR ON "STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE LABOR MARKET AND IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE"

A two-day seminar on "Strategic planning in the labor market and in the social sphere" started today at the Center. It was attended by employees in managerial and expert positions from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, AZ, ASP, GIT, AKSU, as well as employees of the Center for Strategic Planning, who carry out tasks related to strategic planning.

During the two seminar days, the trainees will get to know the use of tools for analysis and presentation of the rationale of strategic analysis, the tools for setting goals and choosing alternative solutions, budgeting of strategic documents, how to create SMART indicators, the different types of indicators, tools for measurement and others, as well as with the preparation of a strategic document, assessment of its quality, as well as assessment of technical specifications for strategic documents in the labor market and social sphere.

Yordan Dimitrov has been invited as a lecturer at the seminar. He has more than 20 years of planning and programming experience in the labor market and social spheres.
