As of today, October 26, the MOODLE distance learning platform of the Center for Human Resources Development and Regional Initiatives launches a seminar on the topic: "Interaction of institutions in social integration by providing employment to disadvantaged groups - exchange of experience and good practices." It will be attended by employees on management and expert positions from the Social Assistance Agency, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Employment Agency, the General Labor Inspectorate and the Ministry of Health. The seminar will be held in the period 26.10.2021 - 22.11.2021, within twenty working days.
The tutor of the training is Ms. Irina Grigorova, Chief Expert in the Human Resources Management Department of the Employment Agency.
Mrs. Irina Grigorova is a specialist with the most suitable qualification and experience for being a lecturer on the required topics: She has the required educational degree - Master - Psychologist in "Labor and Organizational Psychology" and Master in "Economics and Organization of Labor". She has over 15 years of experience as an expert in the Human Resources and Public Relations Directorate, Human Resources Management Department at the Employment Agency, and her professional expertise in working with vulnerable groups in the labor market amounts to over 10 years, which is proved by her participation in various projects and programs for staff development of the Employment Agency.
