INFORMATION SEMINAR ON THE SUBJECT - "SUBMISSION OF A DECLARATION UNDER ART. 35, PARAGRAPH 1 OF ZPKONPI, PRACTICES FOR KEEPING MANDATORY REGISTERS OF SUBMITTED DECLARATIONS, ACCUMULATED EXPERIENCE IN CARRYING OUT THE CONTROL OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE NORMALL

Today, 30.06.2022 an information seminar was held on the topic "Submission of a declaration under Art. 35, para. 1 of the ZPKONPI, practices for keeping the mandatory registers of the submitted declarations, accumulated experience in carrying out the control for compliance with the legally regulated deadlines for submitting the declarations". It was attended by employees from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and VRB under the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, having responsibilities and obligations for receiving, registering, storing, verifying and controlling the declarations under Art. 35, para. 1 of ZPKONPI. During the seminar, the general situations and obligations of the employees arising from the ZPKONPI, related to the submission of declarations under Art. 35, para. 1 of the law. The program also included the exchange of experience and good practices in verifying the declarations of assets and interests of persons holding high public positions.

Mrs. Alexandrina Daskalova - Head of the "Declarations" Department;

Ms. Yanitsa Usheva - Traikova - Head of the "Inspection and Analysis" Department;

Mr. Kostya Kostadinov - chief expert in the Directorate "Prevention of Corruption".
