THE EXPERT WORK WITH THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK IN THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION WERE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF A SEMINAR ORGANIZED BY THE CENTER

The expert work with the regulatory framework in the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and its precise implementation were discussed within the framework of a training organized by the Center for Human Resources Development.

The seminar was held on May 29^th. It was intended for employees in managerial and expert positions from the general and specialized administration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the second-level budget spenders to the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, who carry out public procurement procedures and have accumulated experience of up to 3 years in the field.

The information seminar under the title Novelties in the Regulation and Application of the Public Procurement Act. Latest Amendments to the Public Procurement Act from October 2023 gave participants the opportunity to share cases from their professional experience. With the lecturer Vladislav Vutov, they discussed the amendments and supplements to the Public Procurement Act, the work with the new electronic forms for public procurement and caselaw of the Commission for Protection of Competition.
