EUROPEAN YEAR OF SKILLS IN CHRDRI

On the occasion of the European Year of Skills declared by the European Parliament and the Council of Europe, from 9 May 2023 to 8 May 2024. The CSDRE will hold a number of training events to contribute to the achievement of the initiative's objectives. These include promoting investment in training and up-skilling the workforce, shaping skills to meet labour market needs, matching people's aspirations and skills with labour market opportunities and attracting people with relevant skills from third countries to the EU. These objectives should be achieved by supporting and enhancing partnership and cooperation between Member States, social partners, public and private employment services, chambers of commerce and industry, education and training providers and workers and enterprises.

The following events will take place in the framework of the European Year of Skills:

* Training in the key competency (KC) "Entrepreneurship Skills" - June 2023, target group - unemployed persons registered in the DBT;

* Skills Upgrading Training for Effective Word Processing with MS Word 2019 - June 2023, target group - employees in managerial and expert positions from general and specialized administration of the MLSP and VRB under the Minister of Labour and Social Policy;

* Training for practical skills building in the preparation and implementation of the control and monitoring of social services provision - June 2023, target group - employees in expert positions of the ACSU;

* Training on "Conducting Job Interview and Recruitment for the State Administration in a Digital Environment" - September 2023, target group - employees in managerial and expert positions from general and specialized administration of the MLSP and VRB under the Minister of Labour and Social Policy;

* Training in the key competence (KC) "Communication skills" - October 2023, target group - unemployed persons registered in the State Labour and Social Security Department;

* Training to increase the capacity of labour mediators to provide quality and effective social services to DBT clients. E-mediation services - October 2023, target group - employees in expert positions and specialists providing services in DBT of AZ;

* Training in the key competency (KC) "Entrepreneurial Skills" - October 2023, target group - unemployed persons registered in DBT;

* Training on "Development of specific skills for conducting an interview with persons with permanent disabilities, necessary for the preparation of an individual assessment of support needs" - November 2023, target group - employees in expert positions and social workers from the territorial structures of the ASA;

* Training in key competency (KC) "Leadership skills" - November 2023, target group - unemployed persons registered in the State Labour Office;

* Training for upgrading skills for effective work with the word processing program MS Word 2019 - December 2023, target group - employees in managerial and expert positions from general and specialized administration of the MLSP and the VRB under the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
