On 29 September, the first for this year training course in " Manufacture of confectionery products" for all 13 participants came to its end. The general and specific vocational training of the baker – confectioners was conducted in partnership with the professionals from Pastri Academy, who passed on their valuable knowledge and expertize in the preparation of bakery and confectionery products. Within 160 training hours, the students immersed themselves into the real working environment of some of the most popular confectionery workshops in the capital where they had the chance to apply the acquired knowledge and skills for the preparation of baked goods and desserts. The most talented among them even received invitations to work and develop in the profession of baker-confectioner during their production practice. To all students will be issued certificates for acquired II level of professional qualification in the specialty, according to the approved form of CHRDRI.
