Building leadership skills in the context of the European Year of Skills

In the period 5 – 9 June this year, unemployed persons registered at the Labor Offices in Sofia will have the opportunity to build leadership skills by participating in a training in key competence 7 - "Entrepreneurial skills".

This training takes place within the framework of the European Year of Skills (https://year-of-skills.europa.eu/index_bg) as part of a series of events organised at CHRDRI that will contribute to encourage investment in training, upskilling the workforce, shaping skills that meet the needs of the labour market, matching people's aspirations and skills with the labour market opportunities and attracting persons having appropriate skills from third countries in the EU.

The curriculum consists of 3 modules – emotional intelligence, communication skills and leadership, through which participants will acquire knowledge and form skills for the respective behavior.

Successful participants will be issued a certificate in the approved form of the Center.
