Small and Medium Business

The training includes disciplines that will help the trainees in their effective participation in team work, gain knowledge about the labor regulation of the profession and the organization of the labor process. The participants will acquire the necessary practical knowledge to work with new technologies, necessary for the efficient functioning of the business, the safe working conditions as well as the the legal bases and branches that are related to the professional field. They will acquire skills and knowledge which will help them understand the rules of business protocol and ethics for teamwork, analyze the economic resources and make the optimal choice of alternatives of supply and demand, segment the market so that they can capitalize their product and prepare a business plan and financial estimates, as well as implement accountability and control on the working process.

The students will receive a second degree of professional qualification and a corresponding document certifying their competencies - Certificate of professional qualification.
