Speciality "Service in catering"

The training is designed for unemployed persons registered in labour offices of residence. Participants will acquire knowledge and skills on food products materials, technological equipment to catering, culinary technology products, and essential attention will be paid to waitressing and bartending. After mandatory and specific training, the programme provides practice during which participants will have the opportunity to consolidate the theoretical knowledge into practical skills in a real working environment. It will be held in various catering establishments in Sofia.
Successful graduates will receive certificates of competence, and with the acquired skills will be able to participate successfully on the labour market.
