The training is designed for unemployed persons who after training will know the economic feasibility and organization of hotel services; legal regulation of the labor process in hospitality; professional ethics in customer service. Students are taught and the standards for safety and security at work, as well as module "Languages". After completing the course, students will have theoretical and practical knowledge to work in various projects in the field of tourism; service skills of Bulgarian and foreign groups; skills in teamwork and productive team interactions and more.

Successful graduates students will gain first level of professional qualification and will receive a certificate to acquire skills.
