How to be successful labor mediators when working with employers

A methodological seminar on "How to be successful labor mediators when working with employers" was launched at the Centre. It will be held in the period 24-26 April 2023 and will be attended by labor mediators from the Labor Office Directorates of the Employment Agency from all over the country.

Mrs. Irina Grigorova, Chief Expert from the Employment Agency, is invited as a lecturer of the training. Mrs. Grigorova has many years of practical experience in the training of labor mediators.

In the end of their training, the participants will form a positive attitude and practical skills for effective interactions with employers, will acquire knowledge to analyze basic problems and difficulties in working with employers, will be able to conduct a successful mediation conversation with employers and will improve their practical skills for dealing with objections and will apply different negotiation techniques. 

All participants will be issued a certificate of participation according to an approved standard of CHRDRI.
