METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR ON THE TOPIC: "DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC SKILLS OF THE EMPLOYEES TO CONSULT DBT CLIENTS ACCORDING TO THEIR CHANGING NEEDS"

Today and tomorrow at the Center, employees of managerial and expert positions and
specialists from the "Labor Bureau" directorates of the Employment Agency, whose activity is
related to labor mediation and providing services to clients, from all over the country will take
part in a methodical seminar on topic "Development of specific skills of employees to
consult DBT clients according to their changing needs".
During the two seminar days, the participants will discuss one of the following topics: "The
consulting process in the context of the changing needs of DBT clients - essence and
features", "Identifying the changing needs of clients - a basic and important stage of good
service in DBT ", "Analyzing the main problems and difficulties when working with clients",
"Building skills to apply an individual approach when working with clients. Consulting
according to the individual needs and characteristics of the persons", "Learning
communication techniques when conducting meetings with the persons - DBT clients" in the
last session "Good practices in conducting a consulting conversation, according to the
changing needs of DBT clients" except lectures and discussions, it was also planned to
solve cases that the participants had previously submitted to the lecturer.
At the end of the seminar, participants will upgrade their knowledge of the process of
consulting DBT clients according to their changing needs, enrich their knowledge of
analyzing the main problems and difficulties in working with clients, and further develop their
practical skills for consulting according to individual needs and characteristics of persons.
