PREVENTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Today, a seminar on the topic "Prevention of conflict of interest in the state administration" is
being held in the press center of the MTSP. The information seminar aroused increased
interest among the experts from MTSP, IA GIT, AZ, AKSU, ASP, AHU. A total of 23 of their
representatives took part in the training.
The team of lecturers, consisting of Mr. Lyubomir Krumov, head of the Inspectorate of the
MTSP, Mrs. Boryana Staykova and Mrs. Veneta Velkova, state experts in the inspectorate,
familiarized the attendees with the ways of claiming a conflict of interest and the possibilities
of establishing a conflict of interests. Special attention was paid to the filling out of
declarations under the Civil Code and the mistakes that are most often made.
