SUCCESSFUL GRADUATION IN CONFESSIONAL COURSE

On July 12 and 13, 2022, the Center's students from the "Confectionery Production" specialty took state exams to acquire their professional qualification. In the theory part, the students defended the new knowledge about the specifics of the ordinary sponge dough, the materials for its production, the way of storage, its application and the requirements for safe working conditions.

In the practical part, the students showed their acquired skills in making various pastry delicacies such as fruit dessert with filling, mousse cake with egg white dough, cake with egg white and walnut wafers and chocolate ganache, steamed dough products with various creams and decorations, etc.

All 11 students successfully coped with the tasks of the state exam, on the basis of which they will receive their certificates of professional qualification - II degree.

The exam days took place according to the rules established by NAPOO for holding a state exam.
