SPECIALTY COURSE STARTED "PRODUCTION OF CULINARY PRODUCTS AND BEVERAGES"

Today at the Center, a course on the profession "Cook", specialty "Manufacturing of culinary products and beverages" was launched, which will end on 04.10.2022.

Within 660 uc. hours, the participants will get to know all the mandatory modules required to practice the profession "Cook". In addition to the specific professional training, the training program also includes hours concerning the normative documents for food safety, the legal regulation of the labor process and teamwork. The training also includes English language classes, which will contribute to the successful realization of the course participants. On the basis of the successfully completed theoretical training at the end of their studies, each student will have the opportunity to improve the acquired skills during a guaranteed practice in some of the best restaurants in the capital.

Students who have successfully passed the state exams in theory and practice will receive a certificate of professional qualification in the profession.
