Today – the 24 of July  a 4-days seminar “ Training of  Trainers” starts. In the seminar will take part Employees from the MEYS,  MLSP, the Agency for persons with disabilities,the EA and  the  Confederation of Labour “Podkrepa” as well as some representatives of non-governmental organisations, who already have some experience in training  but  are still developing it . 

The emphasis will be placed upon the specifics in training of adults. Some techniques will be practiced for analysis of training necessities, developing a training program and training scenario. Special attention will be given to the lecturer’s behaviour in front of the audience and selecting the instruments of presenting the material- presentations, videos, various types of  role play methods. The trainees will master the skills of making the necessary connection between the theoretical knowledge and their empirical implementation.

Lecturer of the training will be Mrs. Dashenka Kraleva- expert- trainer from the “FITZE – Bulgaria”- Association for Pedagogical and Social Assistance for Children who has a long practical experience in the training of adults.

The trainees who have covered the complete training program will get a certificate from the Center.
