During the training participants will build their knowledge for the development of budget reform in the public sector; will be familiar with the latest national and EU procedures for budget programming; will improve their skills for implementing the program and results-oriented budgeting in the administration; will develop their skills for active participation in policy planning and commitment to budget framework.

Lecturer of the training is going t be Mr. Tsvetoslav Mikov, Head of Budget Methodology, the Budget Directorate in the Ministry of Finance, who has extensive experience in the management of public finances.
