Distance Platform Learning (DPL) of the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives (CHRDRI) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP) was created by Bulgarian experts with methodological and financial support of the project "Institutional capacity building of the Ministry of Labour and Social policy ", led by the International Training Centre (ITC) to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Turin, Italy.
The platform started functioning at the end of 2008, fully administered by Center’s specialists. Their professional experience proves their technical and methodical preparation for implementation of distance trainings. Since 2009, when the distance forms really began, until now on Distance Platform Learning (DPL) nearly 800 trainees participated in various training programs of social issues.
