In CHRDRI completed induction training, first specialized for newly employees in Social Assistance Agency. Programs represent an important practical step in the preparation of specialists for effective implementation of social policies, strategies, programs and measures in the context of new requirements set by the government.

The program included five modules and had five - days duration. Face - to - face form of teaching was used.  The methodology was in equal parts of lecture (passive) activities and application of the active form of learning (role plays, case studies, quizzes, discussions).

For lecturers of training were invited speakers with proven experience in social work and teaching field.

The training ended with the completion of final test. Certificates were printed for successfully completed the test.
