The stress on the workplace overcoming topic is a live question nowadays and provokes a huge interest around the employees work in a MLSP system. Topics, that are in connection with the reasons, preconditions and factors for a professional stress rising, the stress specifics in the sphere of the social and supporting occupations, ability for work in a stress conditions, were discussed. The program included group games with applying of methods for stress overcoming. The lecturer of this training was PhD Stoyko Ivanov. He is a director of Psychology studies in the Pedagogic Faculty at the Shumen University K. Preslavski Bishop.
