From 13 to 14 November 2014 is carried out a training on "Implementation of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Bulgaria". It involves12 employees from Ministry of Education and Science, who will enhance their knowledge of the subject.
The trainees will learn how to recognize individual, general and administrative normative acts; how to draw a lawful administrative acts and how to apply methods for proving and appealing of administrative acts.

Upon successful completion participants will receive certificates.

Lecturer of the training is Mr. Nikolay Naydenov - lawyer and currently practicing attorney in administrative, labor, competition, commercial law, EU law, and others. His teaching experience is related to the realization of short-term trainings in the field of administrative law, labor law and international labor standards, protection from discrimination, protection of adults, combating corruption, etc.
