From now until September 26 will be conducted a training on "Dealing with Difficult Clients. Methods and Techniques for Effective Communication with them", which will be attended by employees from MLSP, Agency for People with Disabilities, Employment Agency and State Archives Agency.

During the training, participants will increase their knowledge on the nature of the factors for stress at the workplace, will explore and effectively apply the techniques to work with clients and learn different models for dealing with stress.

Lecturer of the course will be Mrs. Sonia Kamenovska - chief expert psychologist in the structure of the Employment Agency, working in the field since 1996.

Successful graduates will receive certificates.
