Quality assessment of social services

Just before the day of Bulgarian literature, the Centre for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives launched a training on the especially important issue of social services quality assessment, in which the situation in the various municipalities in Bulgaria will be discussed and best European practices in the field will be adapted to the specifics of local situation. The theme of the two-day seminar is highly relevant for all the participants in the process of providing social services - employees of the Social Assistance Agency, for which the training is intended, and also the clients of social services, who are interested in monitoring of the quality of services and achieving maximum utilization of financial resources available.

Lecturer of the training is Mrs. Konstantina Triffonova, head of the "Integration of People with Disabilities" Department of MLSP and expert with extensive experience in the field of social services.

The training provides an open session in the afternoon, which will take place in the renewed garden in front of the training premises of the Centre.

On successful completion participants will receive a certificate for the knowledge acquired.
