15 employees at the "Human Resources" Departments of the MLSP and secondary agencies of public administration recently took part in training aimed to provide them with current changes referring to use of the new Classifier. It shall enter into force from 01.01.2012 year. Participants were strongly convinced that this training content is prompt and welcome to improve their work. They were satisfied by both: lecturers presentations and the "Green School" type of discussions, organized in the beautiful forest area outside CHRDRI buildings. The issue which has been declared as being from a highest interest for participants was "What are the possible difficulties that might arise in the implementation of revised Classifier and how to change the relevant documentation relating directly to HR Departments work?". The training contains two phases i.e. – June 7th classes and the second training stage, which will be held on September 2nd this year. Lecturer is Mrs. Vanya Novakova - Expert in the Secretariat of the Council for Administrative Reform at the Bulgarian Council of Ministers. Participants will complete their training in September and will receive relevant certificates issued by CHRDRI.
