Evaluation of projects and programs - a defining moment in the planning of the next steps in the social sphere

Training on "Impact Evaluation of Projects and Programmes in the Social Sphere" will be held on 15 -16 May. Participants will be employees of MLSP, State "Archives" Agency, Trade Unions, the State Agency for Child Protection, the "Beautiful Bulgaria" project, the Employment Agency and the Social Assistance Agency.

During the training the participants will get acquainted with the nature of the impact assessment, the types of assessments and will acquire practical skills for performing activities on projects and programs in the social sphere. They will also acquire new methodological knowledge and skills on the assessment of the impact as a part of the project cycle, will build on their capacity for preparation of preliminary, intermediate and follow-up evaluation, will be competent to assist and control the implementation of impact assessments by external contractors and to participate fully in team preparation, monitoring and evaluation, updating and implementation of projects and programs in the social sphere.

Lecturer of the training will be Spartak Keremidchiev from the Economic Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciencies and Club "Economics 2000".

Successful graduates will receive certificates.
