Techniques for conflict management and conducting negotiations

On 11 and 12 September a training on "Conflicts and crises management"will be conducted. It will be attended by officials from MLSP, Employment Agency, State Archives Agency, Poduyane Municipality and the Municipality of Slatina.

During the two days of the seminar, participants will gain knowledge of the nature, types, and dynamics of conflicts and their causes; they will learn strategies of behavior in conflict and crisis situations and improve their skills to manage conflict through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Lecturer of the course is Professor. and PhD in psychology pedagogical sciences Stojko Ivanov, who has extensive experience as a lecturer in  pedagogical sciences and age psychology at the Sofia University, PlovdivUniversity, RousseUniversityand Shumen University, and substantial experience in the organization of psychological trainings.

Successful graduates will receive certificates.
