On 25 and 26 of February, 2010 was conducted a training seminar on topic “Leadership Skills – Key Competence on the Job Place”

The main objective of the seminar was to make the officials familiar with key leadership skills in order to improve their effectiveness for communication with all levels of subordination, influencing their colleagues, taking decisions, dealing with conflicts, team working and further developing their emotional intelligence.

In the seminar took part 16 MLSP officials on managerial and expert positions and representatives of the local and state administration.

The lector was Ms. Snezhana Ilieva, PhD from SU “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Department “Social, Labour and Pedagogic Psychology”, who is an expert in labour psychology and organizational culture.
