It was carried out with the joint efforts of the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the National Employment Agency and "Building of Institutional Capacity of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy" Project with Mrs. Anna Athanassova as a Project Coordinator.
34 people from all over the country took part in the full-time training.
The participants acquired knowledge on topics related to the communication with customers, channels for access to services, the individual work with beneficiaries and non-active people with the aim of encouraging them to register with the labour offices. The participants also worked on the development of plans for working with unemployed people. They defined the goals and steps in the solving of separate cases.
As tutors were attracted: Mrs. Ivanka Avramova, Head of Department "Staff Qualification", and Elena Nikolova and Panayot Panayotov from GLI as facilitators.
At the end of the training each of the participants will be appointed as labor mediator in the respective municipality.
