Centre for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives organized training on topic “Programmes and Projects, Financed by the European Social Fund. Management, Control and Audit of the Delegated Priority Axes of the OP HRD 2007-2013”. The seminar was held at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy on 24 and 25 March this year.The training provide knowledge about five of the delegated priority axes of OP HRD and requirements for managing projects on these axes. It was considered in detail internal control systems and public procurement.
Lectures on the topic give experts from the General Directorate of Ministry of Labour and Social Policy "European Funds, International Programmes and Projects”. Based on its experience in this area, Mr. Plamen Girginov, Mr. Encho Enchev, Ms. Antoinette Oreshkova, Mrs. Dilyana Karastoyanova and Mr. Jordan Haladzhov achieved the training objectives and ensure its practical applicability.
The training is implemented under the “Institutional Capacity Building of the MLSP” Project, carried out jointly by the MLSP and ITC – ILO.
