Necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform social work on case

            CHRDRI. Experts and managers are invited from the MLSP,SSA and its branches, the State Agency for Children Protection, The Agency of the people with disabilities, central and territorial administrations, social partners, NGO-s participating in the entire process for  working on cases.

 The emphasis is laid upon the major elements in the social workers’ activities  on case, including the prevention and early intervening in the families in risk. The participants will have the possibilities to be acquainted with the analysis of risk techniques  and the protection factors on a certain case and the techniques for making prognosis for the case development. Some topics will be considered on communicating  on an inter-institutional level and its role for the efficiency in the development of a specific social case.

After the training  the participants will have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to know and realize the different stages in the work on case, the techniques for  estimation of the clients’ necessities, the prioritizing  of the working purposes, the planning of the work on case, working in multi-disciplinary team, the role of the social worker within the community.

Lecturers at the training will be  the experts-lecturers from the  Association for Pedagogical and Social Help for Children – “ PHITZE Bulgaria”- Mrs. Dashenka Tashkova and Mrs. Natalia Hristova Mihailova  who have a long experience in the direct  work on cases of children and families in risk and trainings of professionals on these topics both in our country and abroad.
