The Two-Day Training on “Solving of Crises and Conflicts. Stress Management” was completed today

    The training was designed for officials on managerial and expert positions at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Implementing Agencies. The aim of the training was adopting the principles of managing conflicts and crises in the administrative work, as well as the efficient dealing with stressful situations. The training consisted of topics on the conditions, specifics and the effects of crises and conflicts; behavioral strategies during crises and conflicts; the role of the leader in solving and coping with crises and conflicts; the types of stress, strategies and techniques for dealing with stress.

The participants learned to develop strategies which would help them cope with crises at the working place, manage conflicts, acquire techniques for dealing with conflicts that could be applied in practice, as well as techniques for coping with stress at work.

Prof. Snezhanka Grozdanova, a long-term tutor on "Management and Development of Human Resources" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" lectured the training.
