Inspection of activities of enterprises providing temporary work and enterprises – users, labour inspectors`control challenges in the new forms of employment

Another training was launched in CHRDRI

Inspectors from EA "GLI", "International Labour Migration" and "Labour Inspection" Directorates participated in a training on "Inspection of activities of enterprises providing temporary work and enterprises - users. Labour inspectors' control challenges in the new forms of employment" that was launched today. The training was initiated by CHRDRI and will be held within four days, from 12 to 15 May 2015.

The training is responding to the emerging new forms of employment and use of unusual premises, as well as changes in the obligations of workers and employers. These developments require legal formulation of new forms of workers' involvement, and development of a methodology for control of the activities of enterprises providing temporary employment and enterprises - users.

Lecturers of the training are Ms. Denitsa Nikolova - inspector at "International Labour Migration" Directorate and Ms. Gergana Petkova - chief inspector from the same directorate of EA "GLI". They will familiarize the participants with the specific inspection brokerage recruitment and activities of enterprises providing temporary work. They will be clarified through case studies in their practical aspects. One of the main points is the differentiation of brokering and participation in youth and student programs.

The methodology provides a theoretical part, videos and presentations, as well as case studies. Participants will have an opportunity to share their experiences from practical inspection activities.

The seminar will be closed with a discussion on the subject at issue.

All present in the training will receive certificates.
