Project Cycle Management - the sequence of actions and methods to create a projects

On 25 and 26 March, a seminar on "Project Cycle Management"will be held. Itwillbe attended by representativesofMLSP, Social Assistance Agency, Employment Agency, State Agency for Child Protection,State Agency Archives, Confederation of the Independent Trade Unions, Beautiful Bulgaria Project, LabourConfederation "Podkrepa" andUnion of the Teachers in Bulgaria,who are engaged inthe development and implementationofprojects of social nature.

During the two seminar days the participants will gain understanding of project phases and mechanisms for project management. They will become familiar with the criteria and methods for evaluation of the project cycle and will be presented interconnection project - program - policies. They will also exercise skills for development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects, including ones by ESF funding. The training will continue on the distance learning platform of the Center where the trainees will develop a practical task concerning scheduling of a project.

Lecturer of the training will be Mr. Jordan Dimitrov, a leading expert working in the Balkan Institute for Labour and Social Policy, a lecturer at the New Bulgarian University and the American University in Bulgaria on project management.

The trainees who manage to develop successfully the practical tasks will receive a certificate of completion of training on "Project Cycle Management"
