Team Crisis. Efficient Communications Techniques

Today’s training on the topic –“Efficient  team communication. Crisis and conflicts solving” is organised as a 3-days seminar  that will introduce 28 participants  to team communication and the  various manners for conflicts solving and professional crises.Participants in the seminar will be employees from the MLSP, ASA,EA “ GLI”, SACP and APD. Through short lectures and interactive methods of working - role games, discusssions and questionnaires solving, the lecturer – Mrs. Snejana Ilieva – a professor in psychology and deputy-dean of the Philosophy  Faculty at Sofia University “ St. Kliment Ohridski” will present techniques for efficient communicating and the manners for overcoming  team conflicts.

At the end of training the participants will receive a certificate, issued by the Center.
