From 20 to 21 November 2014 will be conducted training on "Law Enforcement Related to the Human Resources Management in Public Administration". It will be attended by experts from the units on human resources management in MLSP and SLU to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Employment Agency, "Social Protection" fund, Mimistry of Education and Science, GLI, and Archives Agency.
During the two day seminar, participants will improve their understanding of the strategic roles of the units in HRM, will gain practical skills in the application of human resources policy in the administration, and will improve their skills for observing the actual moments of regulations in this area.
Lecturer of the course will be Ms. Vanya Novakova - Expert in "Modernization of the administration" Department in the administration of the Council of Ministers. She is also project manager for HR management - "Improving policy HR management in public administration" and "Development of the system of planning and mobility in the public administration."
Successful graduates will receive certificates.
