Training titled “Good Manager” for managerial staff started successfully at the Center jointly with the Social Assistance Agency and “Institutional Capacity Building of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy” Project with Mrs. Anna Athanassova as a Project Coordinator.
The course’s duration is 120 class hours and it will be conducted in two forms – face-to-face and distance learning.
15 people throughout the whole country will take part in the modular program and will become acquainted with the modern principles of management in the social sphere.
The main goal of the training is the acquaintance of the participants with the needs of the organization, the range of the social assistance mission, and the responsibility in implementing the social policy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
