The first time the program took place was in March- April this year. Now it will continue from 28th June till 2nd July in face- to face learning form and immediately after that in distance form.
The objective of the training is to supply with knowledge in principles of the contemporary manager from the social activities scope, improve employees' motivation in development new social policies, etc.
The training is focused on ASA employees and will be conducted in both forms of learning- in face-to-face and distance one.
