On 26 October this year, in TSRCHRRI was launched the last for this year professional training on "Social support to people and families." It will be attended by social workers with experience of over two years. They are selected from the "Social Assistance" Directorates, Departments "Social Protection" and "People with disabilities and social services" from Sofia.
During the five face to face training days, participants will acquire skills to apply the principles of modern social policy, contributing to the implementation of the deinstitutionalization process according to the current legislation.
They will be able to solve effectively cases, to use residential services as a tool in their practice, and to implement safeguards in a high-risk environment for the execution of their duties.
The training will be held in blended form - with 40 hours face to face training in the training premises of the Center and 90 hours on the distance learning platform of CHRDRI.
After the training all participants who have met the requirements and passed the necessary exams will receive certificates under the form of MES.
