Refinement of the Normative Acts as a Factor for Improving the Quality of Social Services

A training on Refinement of the Normative Acts as a Factor for Improving the Quality of Social Services is conducted in CHRDRI on July 23 and 24th, 2019. A total of 19 participants are included in the seminar: social workers from the Social Support Directorates from all over the country, experts from the Agency for People with Disabilities, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour and  Social Policy.

The objectives of the training are to form knowledge about the current changes in normative acts for social services in Republic of Bulgaria. The participants will build up knowledge about the nature and features of social services and contemporary requirements for their provision. Attendances will get aware of the features of integrated social-health services and the integrated approach to the delivery of social services.

The lecturer of the seminar is Mrs. Nikolina Ivanova, head of department Social Services for Adults in the Social Support Agency. Mrs. Ivanova has  the necessary professional experience in the development of normative documents in the field of social services, as well as with expertise in providing methodological support for developing the terms and conditions for their provision.

The training is financed by Integrated Trainings for the Administration of Labour Market and Social Sphere Project BG05M9OP001-3.015 funded under HRD OP 2014-2020. Successfully completed participants will be awarded a certificate of participation according to a model established for the project.
